In this role, you will be responsible for delivering beautiful floral arrangements and related products to customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist with floral preparation, warehouse operations, and material handling to ensure smooth daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving with creative floral work, all while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for local deliveries Load, unload, and organize floral products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Deliver flowers and floral arrangements directly to customers' homes or businesses, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Assist with floral preparation, including arranging flowers, cutting stems, and packaging orders with attention to detail and quality standards Support store operations by managing inventory, moving stock. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by engaging professionally and addressing customer inquiries or concerns Qualifications Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with courier or van driver roles involving route driving and load & unload tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial trucks or box trucks is advantageous Strong understanding of traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and weight handling in the workplace Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
