About Us This is a Full-time Driver Trainer position with Accelerated Logistics Corp (the "Company") delivering packages for a national technology company! We are looking for an experienced Driver Trainer to support the development and success of our delivery team. Job Summary The Driver Trainer trains new delivery associates, conducts safety assessments, performs ride-alongs, and helps ensure all drivers meet Amazon's performance and safety standards. Responsibilities Train new drivers on Amazon delivery protocols, routes, and safety procedures Conduct ride-alongs and performance assessments Provide coaching and retraining when needed Lead safety meetings and ongoing education Ensure compliance with Amazon DSP and DOT regulations Requirements Valid driver's license (required) At least 1 year of experience as an Amazon DSP Driver is preferred. Prior training or leadership experience is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to give clear instructions and feedback Must be 21 years or older Schedule Hours range from 11 am to 10 pm Shifts are up to 10 hours per day and are available 7 days per week. Complete full-time schedule in 4 days. One weekend day a week is required. I.e., Saturday or Sunday OT available when needed by the company. Compensation & Benefits $22.75 Hourly paid weekly on Friday Paid Training 2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute break Paid time off begins accruing immediately upon starting employment. 401K (Available after 90 days with 18 months for vesting) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Next Mile Online Education.
