This is an on-foot package delivery position . No driving is required, and a driver's license is not required. Walkers deliver packages throughout assigned neighborhoods using a company-provided delivery cart and handheld delivery device. Pay & Schedule $19.50 per hour 1 paid training day Opportunities for regular weekly scheduling Walker schedules may be up to approximately 30 hours per week Operations run 7 days per week Weekend availability is required Start times and shift lengths may vary based on route volume and business needs Additional days and hours may become available during peak and holiday periods Paid overtime when applicable Responsibilities As a Delivery Associate (Walker), you will: Deliver packages safely and accurately on foot Load and organize packages onto a delivery cart Use a company-provided handheld device for navigation, scanning, and delivery information Follow customer delivery instructions Take clear delivery confirmation photos when required Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses Return to designated reload locations as needed throughout the route Communicate with Dispatch when assistance is needed Maintain professional and courteous customer service Follow company safety procedures and delivery standards Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Walking several miles during a shift Frequently going up and down stairs Lifting and handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
