Job Overview Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to provide safe and reliable delivery service to customers throughout the area. This role involves driving delivery routes, handling products carefully, assisting with loading and unloading, completing deliveries on schedule, and providing courteous service at every stop. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery vehicles on assigned routes. Load, secure, transport, and unload products and customer orders. Deliver items accurately and on time while following route instructions. Handle furniture, appliances, packages, and other products carefully. Assist with in-home or customer-site delivery and placement as required. Verify delivery information and obtain required customer signatures or confirmations. Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery timing and service needs. Inspect products and delivery equipment for visible damage or concerns. Complete delivery paperwork, electronic records, and required reports accurately. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Keep the vehicle, equipment, and delivery areas clean and organized. Follow company procedures, traffic laws, and workplace safety requirements. Work with dispatchers and delivery team members to resolve route or delivery issues. Qualifications Previous delivery, driving, logistics, moving, or customer service experience preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Safe and responsible driving habits. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to follow routes, delivery instructions, and company procedures. Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. Ability to lift, carry, and move products safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team. Comfortable working in different weather and customer-site environments.
