About Us:

Indian Creek Creamery is an extension of our family dairy where we minimally process milk from our cows to provide consumers with milk as nature intended. We started our dairy in 1991 in rural Logan County, Ohio. We started bottling our milk in 2019, to both allow consumers to enjoy the natural taste and benefits of milk and to respond to the challenging market conditions for small dairy farmers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Milk Delivery Driver to join our team. As a member of the Indian Creek Creamery family, you'll be interacting directly with our valued customers, operating refrigerated trucks, and contributing to the overall success of our creamery.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery :

Safely operate refrigerated trucks to deliver milk to customers in central and southwest

Ohio Customer Interaction :

Provide friendly, professional service to our customers.

Loading/Unloading :

Lift and carry milk crates, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Safety :

Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and compliance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Driver's License :

A valid driver's license is required.

Experience :

none necessary; on-the-job training

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift heavy milk crates (up to 50 lbs) and handle physical labor.

Customer Service :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Reliability :

Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.

Work Schedule :

Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week.
