We are hiring full-time permanent positions and are offering: Starting pay is daily rate of $160 for training, flexible days Once trained, step-van drivers are paid a daily rate of $180 plus commission We offer our full-time drivers health benefits and 401k with matching after 30 days Applicants must meet the following criteria: Over the age of 21 Have a valid drivers license for at least 3 years Pass a criminal background check Pass a motor vehicle records check Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes cannabis) Able to pass a DOT physical and receive a medical certificate (we pay for it) Able to lift 75lbs While experience is welcome, there is no experience required, we will fully train. Drivers start work in Troutdale at 8:00am and work until the routes are completed. Most of our routes are returning to the terminal around 4:00pm, with the exception of busy days. Our company is Best Mile Inc, a contracted service provider for Federal Express Corporation, we pickup and deliver packages. We have a strong safety culture. Our drivers are well respected, we treat all employees well and will never make unreasonable requests. Every employee started off as a driver, even the owner. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients.
• Utilize communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and customers.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as required.
