Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver to safely transport food and related products to restaurants, schools, and healthcare customers. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll perform local and regional routes, unload products using pallet jacks or hand trucks, verify orders, and provide excellent service at each stop. You'll follow all DOT and company safety standards, complete electronic logs and delivery documentation, and work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams in a performance-driven, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer on local/regional delivery routes Deliver and unload food and related products at customer locations Verify orders, complete logs, and maintain accurate delivery documentation Follow DOT regulations and all company safety and compliance policies Provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop Inspect truck and equipment; report and document maintenance issues Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse for routing and load accuracy Secure loads and handle products to prevent damage and ensure quality Required Skills Safe CDL-A tractor-trailer operation Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules Use of electronic logging devices (ELDs) Backing, docking, and maneuvering in tight spaces Order verification and basic documentation skills Pallet jack and hand truck operation Lift gate operation and load securement Basic vehicle inspection and troubleshooting Time management and route planning Customer service and communication
