Aerotek is hiring a Shop Laborer & Delivery Driver with WEEKLY pay! $18-$20/hr Depending on Experience | DAY Shift Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop / Delivery Driver to support our service team by pulling materials for jobs, making deliveries to technicians, and assisting with light shop duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving, warehouse work, and hands-on tasks. No advanced construction experience is required, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Pull and organize materials in a designated warehouse area for upcoming service jobs. Deliver parts, tools, and materials to field technicians throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, including routes from Butler to Washington, PA. Complete approximately 4 to 7 deliveries per day , depending on travel distance and job needs. Assist with basic shop projects, including assembling and fabricating simple brackets using power and impact drills. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Accurately track and transport materials to ensure technicians have what they need to complete their assignments. Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and field technicians. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a company van. Comfortable working independently after training. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to use hand and power tools. Dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Training & Work Environment Comprehensive training provided during the first few weeks. New hires will work alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent work. Daily responsibilities may vary, providing a mix of driving, warehouse, and hands-on shop tasks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
