Allentown, PA Job Details Full-time From $18.50 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication In-person customer service Moving Patient service Driver's License Attention to detail Organizational skills In-home experience Full Job Description Baird Medical is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patients' homes. This role combines hands-on work with patient service. The right candidate will be comfortable driving throughout the service area, handling equipment safely, and explaining its basic operation clearly and patiently. Responsibilities Deliver, set up, exchange, and pick up equipment, including oxygen equipment and other durable medical equipment. Show patients and caregivers how to use and care for equipment within the scope of your training. Check equipment before delivery and document deliveries, pickups, and patient instructions accurately. Communicate scheduling changes, equipment concerns, and patient questions to the office promptly. Keep the delivery vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use. Follow company procedures for equipment handling, infection control, and patient privacy. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift, move, and set up equipment safely in a variety of home environments. Good organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while staying in close contact with the office. Prior DME, medical delivery, or home healthcare experience is preferred. Training will be provided.
