We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Backroom & Delivery Associate who takes pride in a job well done. One of the best parts of this role is the variety—every week looks a little different. On busy delivery days, you will be out on the road, providing white-glove delivery and bringing comfort and style directly into our customers' homes. When the delivery schedule is lighter, you'll be the backbone of our store: taking ownership of the warehouse, keeping inventory beautifully organized, and helping our sales team set up fresh showroom displays. Core Responsibilities White-Glove Delivery:

Safely transport and professionally set up furniture in customers' homes, ensuring a friendly, courteous, and damage-free experience.

Warehouse Care:

Take pride in keeping our warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly so the whole team succeeds.

Inventory & Tech:

Receive shipments, check vendor accuracy, and use our straightforward company software to keep our inventory on track.

Showroom Support:

Assemble new furniture arrivals and partner with the sales team to move and stage items on the floor.

What We're Looking For A Proactive Mindset:

Someone who naturally finds ways to help out, organize, and keep things moving even when the delivery board is clear.

Physical Capability:

Comfortable safely lifting 75+ lbs and staying active throughout your shift.

Clean Driving Record:

A valid driver's license and a solid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are essential so you can safely operate our trucks.

Tech Friendly:

Basic computer skills to use our inventory software (we'll train you on the specifics!).

Polite, professional, and great at communicating with both customers and your teammates.
