Job Description

Description Essential Functions:

Timely and accurate feed delivery to JBS farms Maximizes efficiency of feed delivery by following efficient routes and transportation schedules. Responsible for reporting equipment maintenance needs in a timely manner Work with various departments such as feed milling employees and farm staff Ensures strict adherence to JBS biosecurity protocols. Knowledgeable of current transportation regulations. Comply with DOT regulations

Success factors for a Feed Delivery driver at JBS include attention to detail, excellent communication, adeptness in handling challenging situations while upholding JBS values, people-oriented and a strong emphasis on efficient feed delivery while maintaining strict biosecurity protocols for animal health.

Job Qualifications:

Must have excellent time management and coordination skills. Must be an excellent communicator with Feed Mill employees and farm site personnel. Must be self-motivated and detailed oriented. Must be able to act while exhibiting judgment and systematic approach to decision making.
