Duties Safely operate and navigate the food truck to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, serving areas, and food handling surfaces, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
