Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Delivery Driver / Store Associate to support our manufacturing-focused customers. In this role, you will safely load, transport, and unload paint and coating products to local job sites and customer locations while providing friendly, professional service. In-store, you'll assist with customer orders, tint and mix product, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. You'll follow safety and DOT guidelines, use basic computer and POS systems, and work collaboratively with teammates. Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload paint and coating products to local customers and job sites Inspect vehicle and follow company and DOT safety procedures before and after routes Verify, stage, and deliver accurate orders, collecting signatures and necessary documentation Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions Assist with tinting, mixing, and labeling paint orders to customer specifications Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and basic transactions Receive, stock, and rotate inventory to maintain accurate store levels Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store, warehouse, and loading area Communicate delivery status, issues, and customer feedback to the store team Participate in Sherwin-Williams training and follow all safety and compliance guidelines Required Skills Route planning Safe vehicle operation Order picking and staging Inventory handling Point-of-sale operation Basic math for cash handling Load securement Customer service Hazardous materials awareness Basic computer proficiency
