Delivery Driver / Inventory Stocker & Farmers Market Team Member Job Summary England Cattle Co. is seeking dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing operation as Delivery Drivers / Inventory Stockers, with opportunities to also support our weekend Farmers Market team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, interacting with customers, and being part of a growing local food business. The primary responsibilities include delivering England Cattle Co. products throughout the Rio Grande Valley (RGV), receiving and stocking inventory, preparing orders, and assisting with weekend Farmers Market operations. Company delivery vehicle provided. Delivery Driver / Inventory Stocker Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Deliver customer orders to homes, businesses, retail locations, and other designated locations. Load, secure, transport, and unload products while maintaining product quality. Follow established delivery routes and schedules. Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery. Verify orders and delivery quantities for accuracy. Assist with loading and organizing inventory. Receive, inspect, label, organize, and stock incoming products. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked storage areas. Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and preparation. Track inventory and communicate low-stock or damaged-product concerns to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, storage areas, and workspaces. Follow all company procedures for product handling, food safety, vehicle safety, and customer service. Weekend Farmers Market Responsibilities Team members may also assist with England Cattle Co.'s weekend Farmers Market operations, including: Setting up and breaking down the market booth. Transporting products and equipment to and from market locations. Stocking and merchandising products. Assisting customers with product questions and purchases. Processing customer transactions. Keeping the booth clean, organized, and well stocked throughout the market. Helping load and unload products and market equipment. Representing England Cattle Co. in a friendly and professional manner. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Reliable transportation to and from the England Cattle Co. work location. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes and product. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Friendly and professional customer-service skills. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, particularly during Farmers Markets. Previous delivery, warehouse, inventory, retail, food service, farming, ranching, or Farmers Market experience is a plus, but not required. Must be comfortable with a physically active, hands-on work environment.
