Overview Connecting the Steps ABA is seeking a dependable, caring, and responsible Part-Time Driver / Clinic Assistant to assist with transportation, child supervision, and light administrative duties.

Schedule Hours:

12:30 PM-3:30

PM Days:

Monday-Thursday Candidates must be available at least 3 days per week , with preference given to candidates who can work all four days. This position offers approximately 9-12 hours per week . Primary Responsibilities Transportation Safely transport children from the CTS ABA clinic back to their daycare following therapy. Follow established transportation and drop-off schedules. Ensure children are appropriately secured with seat belts, car seats, or booster seats as required we provide the car steats. Follow all CTS transportation and safety procedures. Child & Clinic Support Provide appropriate supervision and engagement with children when needed. Sit with and supervise children for short periods so RBTs/technicians can take scheduled breaks. Engage children in appropriate play, games, or activities. Help maintain a safe, positive, and organized clinic environment. Immediately report behavioral, medical, or safety concerns to clinical staff. This position does not independently provide ABA treatment unless the employee has the appropriate credentials/training and is specifically assigned to provide those services. Light Administrative Support Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing paperwork. Prepare and organize clinic materials and supplies. Assist with keeping treatment rooms and common areas organized. Help with other reasonable clinic tasks during available time. Qualifications Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Reliable and punctual. Patient, professional, and able to follow safety procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements. Must successfully complete required background checks and employment screenings.

Pay:

$17.00
