DRIVER BONUS

Eligible new drivers can earn a $200 New Driver Bonus after completing 20 actual days worked. The 20-day requirement is based on days actually worked — not calendar days from your start date. Additional attendance, safety, performance, and other program eligibility requirements apply. Full requirements are reviewed during the in-person interview.

WORK 4 DAYS. GET 3 DAYS OFF.

Full-time drivers typically work approximately 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week , giving you 3 days off every week.

Full-time schedule options include:

Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday Shift start time is approximately 10:45 AM. One weekend day is required. (Saturday or Sunday) Want to earn more? Overtime opportunities may be available during Amazon Prime events and Peak holiday season, based on business needs. Part-time opportunities may also be available.

What You'll Do As an Xtra Myles Delivery Driver, you'll spend most of your day independently on the road while staying connected with our dispatch team. Safely operate a company-provided delivery van Deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses Use provided GPS and delivery technology Load, organize, and deliver packages efficiently Get in and out of the vehicle frequently throughout your shift Lift and deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors in changing Minnesota weather Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Follow company safety and delivery procedures This is an active, fast-paced position for people who enjoy working independently, staying moving, and taking ownership of their work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must: Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license Be authorized to work in the United States Meet applicable driving eligibility requirements Be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Be comfortable working approximately 10-hour shifts Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Be dependable and punctual Maintain safe driving habits Be able to work at least one weekend day No CDL required. No previous delivery experience required. We'll provide the training and equipment you need to get started.
