Delivery & Installation SpecialistMore Than a Delivery Driver At Aaron's, our Delivery & Installation Specialists are the face of our store. You're the person our customers see at their door, and you have an important role in making sure their Aaron's experience is a great one. This is not a job where you simply drive from point A to point B. You'll load and safely transport furniture, appliances, electronics and other merchandise, deliver and install products in customers' homes, and show them how to use their new items. You'll also spend time in our store helping prepare merchandise, complete pickups and keep things moving. Every day is different, you'll work with a great team, and you'll meet people throughout the community. What You'll Do Load, secure and protect merchandise for delivery Safely operate an Aaron's delivery vehicle Deliver furniture, appliances, electronics and other merchandise to customers Unload and install merchandise in customers' homes Demonstrate products and make sure customers understand how to use them Treat customers, their homes and their property with care and respect Complete merchandise pickups when needed Help with moving and installing merchandise in the store Assist other team members and support store operations when needed What Makes You a Great Fit You don't need to be an expert installer or have previous delivery experience. We'll train you. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service Communicates well and represents the store professionally Is dependable and takes pride in doing a job right Can work independently while being a strong team player Is comfortable working with electronics, appliances and other merchandise Is willing and able to learn new products and installation procedures Takes safety seriously The Physical Side of the Job This is an active, hands-on position. You'll be moving furniture, appliances and other merchandise throughout the day.

You must be able to:

Lift up to 50 lbs. independently Move up to 300 lbs. using a dolly and proper equipment Work on your feet and remain physically active throughout the day Safely navigate stairs, doorways and other challenging delivery environments Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, cold and summer heat Don't worry—we'll provide training and the equipment you need to do the job safely. What You Need Valid driver's license Must meet applicable DOT requirements Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred No CDL required Ability to pass applicable driving and employment requirements Ability to work the required schedule No overnight travel Your Career Can Start Here At Aaron's, a Delivery & Installation Specialist can be the beginning of a career—not just another job.
