Lambert Transfer Company is seeking experienced Large-Item Home Delivery Drivers to join our growing final-mile delivery team. We're looking for experienced professionals who understand what it takes to safely deliver oversized products into customers' homes and businesses. If you have experience delivering appliances, furniture, cabinets, fitness equipment, or other large items, we'd like to talk with you. As the lead driver of a two-person delivery team, you'll be responsible for completing each route safely, efficiently, and professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay Starting pay:

$21.00/hour +$1.50/hour premium for overnight routes +$1.00/hour Reliability Premium available after demonstrating consistent reliability and meeting eligibility requirements Full-time position Steady weekday schedule What You'll Do Lead a two-person delivery team on daily delivery routes. Safely operate a 26-foot box truck. Deliver appliances, furniture, cabinets, fitness equipment, and other oversized products. Perform in-home deliveries while protecting customers' homes and merchandise. Work alongside and direct your assigned delivery helper. Plan and safely complete challenging deliveries. Provide professional, courteous customer service. Complete delivery documentation using mobile technology. Perform required vehicle inspections and follow all safety procedures. Perform appliance installations when assigned and qualified. What We're Looking For Previous experience delivering large or oversized products. Experience with in-home delivery of appliances, furniture, cabinets, fitness equipment, or similar products is strongly preferred. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Ability to safely lift, move, and deliver large products with a delivery partner. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and DOT physical. Schedule Full-time position Primarily Monday through Friday Variable start times based on route assignments Drivers must be available for occasional overnight routes Overnight routes paid at a $1.50/hour premium Why Join Lambert Transfer Company?
