Blue Water Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, a 401k plan, paid time off, and paid holidays. Dredge Operator Requirements

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the dredge.
Perform a pre-shift inspection, keep coolant, lubricants, and oils at proper levels, and perform any other minor maintenance and repairs.
Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations, and safe operating procedures at all times.
Must keep housekeeping inside and outside of equipment clean and neat at all times.
Assist with housekeeping and maintenance duties at the mine on a routine basis.
Must be willing to be task-trained on other mobile equipment and the processing plant.
Performs other duties as directed by management.

Experience:

Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of related experience.

Physical demands:

Must be able to push, pull or lift 50 lbs. or more.
Must be able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly.
Must be able to climb into tight areas.
Must have advanced mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with hydraulics, winches, and other tools is a plus.
Must be able to communicate clearly.
Must be able to bend down, crouch, and squat
Must be able to walk the plant and perform repairs and clean-up when needed.
Must be able to climb a 10-foot vertical ladder.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions
Must have the ability to work 10+ hour shifts as needed.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
