Roll-Off Dumpster Driver - Class A or B CDL Monarch Dumpster Rental is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious CDL driver to deliver, exchange, and pick up roll-off dumpsters throughout Riverside County and surrounding areas. Roll-off experience is welcome but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Applicants must have at least two years of safe commercial driving experience and a clean CDL record. Responsibilities Safely deliver, exchange, relocate, and pick up roll-off dumpsters Operate a roll-off truck and container-control system safely Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Inspect containers, chains, hooks, tarps, and related equipment Properly secure and tarp loads before traveling Confirm delivery instructions, placement locations, and site access Place containers carefully while protecting customer property, pavement, gates, and overhead structures Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and office personnel Complete delivery tickets, disposal receipts, photographs, and other required documentation Use a company-provided phone or mobile application to receive assignments and update job statuses Transport materials to approved disposal, recycling, and transfer facilities Keep the assigned truck clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations Assist with basic yard or equipment duties when needed Represent Monarch Dumpster Rental professionally at customer locations and disposal facilities Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License At least two years of commercial driving experience with a clean driving record Roll-off truck experience preferred but not required Must be able to pass all required background, driving-record, drug, and alcohol screenings Knowledge of DOT safety requirements and commercial vehicle inspections Ability to safely maneuver a commercial truck through job sites, residential neighborhoods, and confined areas Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, photographs, job assignments, and communication Dependable, punctual, and able to report to work consistently Strong situational awareness and good judgment Professional and respectful when interacting with customers and coworkers Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Familiarity with Riverside County and surrounding areas is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to enter and exit a commercial truck repeatedly throughout the workday Ability to climb, bend, reach, pull, and work outdoors Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary Ability to secure containers, operate tarps, handle chains, and inspect equipment Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, wind, and other changing conditions Schedule Full-time position

Schedule:

M-F 5AM-3PM

Some early mornings, extended days, or occasional Saturdays may be required depending on workload Overtime may be available or required during busy periods

Compensation and Benefits Pay:
