MSJC Logistics LLC is a logistics and transportation company based in Southern California.

Job Summary:

The Truck Driver is responsible for transporting loads from one location to another within the company's vehicle. Driver will operate a 16-foot box truck or trailer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Transport equipment from one location to another within the company's vehicle. Operate a 16-foot box truck or trailer. Stocking and organizing equipment. Loading and unloading from vehicles. Check in equipment for damage and ensure it is properly insured. Keep track of inventory on daily basis. Maintain vehicle cleanliness. Communicate with Production Supervisor on any equipment that is damaged or overdue for repair. Communicate any film or video equipment shortages to Production Supervisor as soon as possible. Perform routine maintenance on vehicle (oil changes, checks for tires etc.)and ensure it is fully stocked with supplies. Keep detailed records of deliveries, deliveries errors, delays etc. in electronic form so that they can be easily accessed by management upon request.

Skills:

•Ability to operate a truck using manual controls and drive manually in case of emergency (truck driving license required).

•Able to read and write in English. Ability to write reports accurately and legibly. Good knowledge of general vehicle maintenance procedures and requirements such as registration stickers etc. .

Pay:

$20.00 - $45.00 per hour
