This role is ideal for drivers with at least 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) experience who are safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable staying on the road for extended periods. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck on interstate and long-distance routes. Transport freight in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues. Secure and protect cargo to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery paperwork, and electronic documentation. Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery status. Adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and conduct at all times. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of OTR box truck driving experience (26ft preferred). Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years). Valid driver's license (CDL). Ability to pass background check and drug screening . Strong knowledge of interstate driving and highway safety. Ability to secure freight and manage load safety. Willingness to stay on the road for multiple days or weeks at a time. Preferred Qualifications Experience with liftgates, pallet jacks, and freight securement. DOT medical card (or ability to obtain). Familiarity with ELDs or electronic trip logs (if applicable).
