Pave Talent is hiring Vehicle Operators in San Francisco for a full-time, ongoing W-2 assignment. You'll operate test vehicles, use testing software and report what you observe to help the team improve vehicle performance. Night shifts start between 1:45 PM PT and 5:45 PM PT. Five shifts a week, each about 8.5 hours.

Workweeks:

Wednesday through Sunday, Thursday through Monday, Friday through Tuesday or Saturday through Wednesday. This is an onsite role in San Francisco, CA. Every workweek includes Saturday and Sunday, and you must be able to work your assigned schedule consistently. You'll fit well here if You drive carefully, stay alert and follow safety procedures even when the work becomes familiar. You notice details, communicate clearly and report an issue rather than overlook it. You're comfortable using a computer and can write an accurate account of what happened. You show up reliably, work well with teammates and apply feedback. You're interested in learning new tools and can stay focused through repetitive testing. Delivery, courier, rideshare, fleet and other professional driving backgrounds can translate well. Experience in security, dispatch, logistics or hands-on operations can also be relevant when paired with driving ability and computer skills. What your workday involves Operate test vehicles, with each shift combining time behind the wheel, vehicle checks and written reports. Complete vehicle and software checks and help keep vehicles ready for testing. Monitor testing systems and document vehicle behavior, observations and issues. Follow instructions and share clear feedback with operations and technical teammates. Required qualifications A current, valid California driver's license. At least three consecutive years of licensure with no gaps, supported by current and prior license documentation as needed. A strong driving record that meets the role's screening requirements. Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute. Comfort with computers, accurate data entry and learning new software. Clear communication, dependable attendance and availability for a listed schedule.
