Run the Move. Woodland Moving is looking for someone who wants a job that keeps them moving and gives them something to work toward. As a Straight Truck Driver & Crew Leader , you'll be behind the wheel, but that's only part of the job. You'll be the person helping set the pace, organize the crew, interact with customers, and make sure the move gets done right. You'll learn the business from the ground up, build experience leading people, and have the opportunity to take on more as you prove yourself. No CDL required. We provide paid training. The Job Every move is different. Your job is to keep things organized, protect the customer's belongings, and make sure your crew gets the job across the finish line.

You'll:

Drive company straight trucks to and from job sites Take responsibility for the truck, equipment, and shipment Work with your crew to load and unload household goods Help plan the order and flow of work at each job Direct crew members and keep everyone focused and productive Wrap, pad, protect, and secure furniture and other belongings Check that items are handled properly throughout the move Meet with customers and serve as a professional point of contact Keep dispatch updated on job progress and unexpected issues Complete vehicle checks and required paperwork Identify problems in the field and figure out practical solutions Follow safety procedures and applicable DOT requirements What We're Looking For The best person for this job doesn't necessarily have the longest résumé. We're looking for someone who can take initiative, handle responsibility, and earn the trust of a crew and our customers.

You should be:

At least 18 years old A licensed driver with a valid

REAL ID A

safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record Comfortable lifting and carrying 50+ pounds Dependable and consistently on time Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically demanding environment Confident communicating with customers and coworkers Willing to learn and accept coaching Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Experience driving a box truck, working in delivery, construction, warehouses, installation, moving, hospitality, or another hands-on environment is a plus. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to take ownership.
