With a team of more than 75 employees and team members, we are continuing to grow and are currently hiring experienced residential cleaning professionals to join our team. Our residential teams service homes throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties, primarily from Fort Lauderdale to Lake Worth.

Position:

Driver / Residential Cleaning Team Lead The Driver is an active member and leader of a two-person residential cleaning team. This is not a driving-only position. The Driver is responsible for driving the team between scheduled properties, leading the team, and performing residential cleaning alongside her team partner. Responsibilities Drive the cleaning team between scheduled residential properties Lead and organize a two-person cleaning team Perform residential cleaning alongside your team partner Follow iClean cleaning procedures and quality standards Help ensure each cleaning is completed efficiently and according to company standards Maintain organization of cleaning products and equipment Properly use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate professionally with the office, clients, and team members Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Schedule This is a Full-Time position . Monday through Friday General availability between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Rotating Saturday availability required Daily schedules and finishing times may vary depending on assigned properties and workload Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $20.00 per hour Performance-based bonus opportunities Additional bonuses for positive customer reviews and customer retention Cleaning products and professional equipment provided by the company Company uniforms provided Established cleaning procedures and training Consistent residential cleaning schedule Opportunity for professional growth within an established company Requirements Qualified candidates should: Have residential cleaning experience Have a valid driver's license Have a reliable personal vehicle Be comfortable driving between multiple residential properties throughout the workday Be responsible, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Be comfortable leading and working as part of a two-person team Be able to perform the physical duties associated with residential cleaning Be available to work Full-Time, Monday through Friday Be available for rotating Saturdays Be able to work at different residential properties throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties Be authorized to work in the United States Spanish or Portuguese language skills are helpful for communication with our teams.
