PODS is hiring a CDL Class B Driver to safely deliver, pick up, and reposition portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. In this role, you'll operate CDL B vehicles, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensure secure and damage-free loading, and follow all DOT and safety regulations. You'll interact directly with customers on-site, resolve basic service issues, and represent PODS' customer-first culture while supporting logistics and operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate CDL Class B vehicles to deliver and pick up PODS containers safely and on schedule Perform accurate pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and document findings Secure, load, and unload containers to prevent damage and ensure stability during transport Follow all DOT, company, and local safety regulations and procedures Provide professional, courteous on-site customer service at each stop Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding routes, delays, and customer needs Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment Assist with basic vehicle and equipment checks and coordinate maintenance needs Document deliveries, pickups, and service issues using company systems Support a team-oriented, safety- and customer-focused work culture Required Skills CDL Class B driving Defensive driving Vehicle inspection Local route navigation DOT compliance Load securement Forklift operation Time management Customer service Basic vehicle maintenance
