Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, Dump & Rolloffs.
MUST HAVE DUMP TRUCK EXPERIENCE
The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring and maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities Operate and drive various types of trucks, including roll-off trucks, flatbeds, and Dump trucks. Plan routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of freight. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other required documentation. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Ensure proper loading and unloading of freight to prevent damage during transit. Utilize manual transmission when required for specific truck operations. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required. Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving and freight handling. Familiarity with operating various types of trucks such as roll-off trucks, flatbeds, and Dump trucks is required. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the road. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
