Route Driver & Equipment Operator Trash Panda Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable, hardworking Route Driver & Equipment Operator to operate our trash bin cleaning trailer and complete scheduled residential and commercial routes. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable driving with a trailer, working outdoors, operating cleaning equipment, and managing a daily route independently. The primary responsibility will be completing our trash bin cleaning route five days per week , with occasional pressure washing and other exterior cleaning jobs as scheduled. Responsibilities Safely drive a company vehicle while towing the Trash Panda Cleaning Solutions bin-cleaning trailer. Complete assigned trash bin cleaning routes five days per week . Operate trailer-mounted trash bin cleaning and sanitizing equipment safely and efficiently. Locate scheduled customer stops and follow the assigned route. Clean, sanitize, and deodorize residential and commercial trash bins according to company standards. Properly position the vehicle and trailer at each stop while maintaining awareness of traffic, pedestrians, property, and surrounding hazards. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, trailer, and cleaning equipment. Monitor water, fuel, cleaning products, hoses, pumps, and other equipment throughout the workday. Refill supplies and prepare the trailer for the next day's route. Keep the truck, trailer, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Identify and report equipment problems, maintenance needs, customer concerns, or route issues. Maintain accurate records of completed stops and communicate any locations that could not be serviced. Perform occasional residential or commercial pressure washing jobs as assigned. Follow company safety procedures and all applicable traffic laws. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers.

Qualifications Required:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Comfortable driving a truck or similar vehicle while towing and maneuvering a trailer . Ability to safely back, park, and position a trailer in residential neighborhoods and other work environments. Dependable transportation to and from work. Ability to work independently and stay on schedule without constant supervision. Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, light rain, and other typical weather conditions. Ability to perform a physically active job involving standing, walking, bending, pulling hoses, moving trash bins, and handling equipment. Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently report for scheduled routes. Strong attention to safety and customer property.

Preferred:

Previous experience towing trailers. Route driving, delivery, landscaping, sanitation, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or similar field-service experience. Experience operating pressure washers, pumps, hoses, or other commercial cleaning equipment. Mechanical aptitude and ability to recognize basic equipment or maintenance issues. Schedule This position operates the Trash Panda Cleaning Solutions bin-cleaning route five days per week . Start and finish times may vary depending on the daily route, number of scheduled customers, weather, traffic, and occasional pressure washing jobs. Applicants should be comfortable working independently for much of the day and completing the assigned route before finishing their shift. Physical Requirements This position requires regular outdoor physical activity.

Employees must be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, push, and pull. Move and position residential trash bins. Handle hoses and cleaning equipment throughout the workday. Safely enter and exit the company vehicle repeatedly. Work around water, cleaning solutions, wet surfaces, odors, and outdoor environmental conditions.
