Rogers Group is currently seeking a n Off-Road Haul Truck Driver based out of the Butler Sand Plant in Butler, GA. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating articulated and/or rigid frame haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Job Details:

Wages start at $25.00 per hour Fulltime/Permanent 12-hour Days Weekend work may be required Overtime available along with medical and retirement benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Operate haul trucks to move/relocate sand other material for mining operations. Perform daily pre-op and post-op inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management. Effective communication skills applicable to position. Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency. Properly follow all company policies and MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.

Qualifications:

Dedication to safe work practices. Previous experience operating both rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks preferred. Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
