Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Yard Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard. This role requires a strong understanding of enclosed cargo trailers and farm tractor operation. The Yard Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring that freight is loaded and unloaded correctly, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A FARM TRACTOR TO BE HIRED.

Responsibilities Safely maneuver tractors within the yard to position trailers for loading and unloading. Maintain accurate records of trailer movements. Collaborate with shipping supervisor to ensure proper lineup of loads in a timely manner. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment within the yard. Qualifications Experience operating farm tractors is required. We do not train. Previous experience as a tractor driver is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
