HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Driver/Equipment Operator to join our Transportation & Logistics team in Environmental Services. In this field role, you will safely operate CDL vehicles and industrial equipment to support cleaning, transport, and disposal projects at energy, petrochemical, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include driving, operating vacuum and related units, performing inspections, and following strict safety and environmental procedures. You'll work in a safety-first, team-oriented culture with strong training, advancement opportunities, and exposure to major industrial clients, building technical skills for future supervisory or specialist roles. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A or B CDL vehicles to transport equipment, waste, and materials to and from customer sites Operate industrial cleaning and environmental equipment (e.g., vacuum trucks, jetting units) per procedures Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required DOT and company documentation Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements at client and company locations Support field crews with setup, operation, and breakdown of industrial service jobs Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and client representatives on job status Maintain equipment cleanliness, minor preventative maintenance, and report needed repairs Adhere to schedules while adjusting to changing field and weather conditions Required Skills CDL A/B truck operation Safe cargo securement Vacuum truck operation High-pressure water blasting Hazardous materials handling Basic equipment inspection and maintenance DOT and OSHA compliance knowledge Job site safety procedures Load documentation and manifests Two-way radio and field communication
