Garbage & Recycling Facilitator (Part-Time)

Yorkville, IL Schedule:

Flexible, part-time — approx. 2 visits per week

Compensation:

$10 per property per trip ($20 weekly per property) | Payment twice a month About the Role We are seeking a reliable and responsible Garbage & Recycling Facilitator to assist with trash can rollout and return a residential property. This role is essential to ensuring compliance with city collection rules, preventing fines, and maintaining a positive guest experience at our homes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with minimal hours and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Visit assigned property twice per week: Night before pickup: Wheel trash & recycling cans to the curb Day of pickup : Return cans to the property before evening Ensure cans are placed correctly for city collection Check for excess trash or items left outside cans Identify and report issues, such as: Guests moving cans into garages Overflowing trash or items that will not be collected Communicate promptly with management regarding any problems or missed pickups Pay $10 per property per trip Payments processed twice a month Who We're Looking For Ideal candidates include: Local high school or college students with a car Current cleaners looking for additional income Food delivery drivers (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.) already driving routes Anyone seeking a simple, flexible side job Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle Must be punctual and consistent Good communication and responsiveness via phone/text Ability to work evenings and mornings around trash pickup schedules Why Join Us?
