Full-Time/Part-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced, safety‑focused Shop Driver to support our operations by delivering tools, equipment, and materials to multiple job sites. This role requires regular travel—including occasional overnights—and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the crew foreman. Must have the ability to perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs of equipment. Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials Deliver to multiple job sites across Maryland and surrounding states Pick up tools and equipment from various vendors, suppliers, and locations as needed Coordinate delivery timing and needs directly with the crew foreman Haul and maneuver trailers confidently and safely Maintain vehicle logs, inspections, and basic upkeep Assist with shop organization, inventory, and equipment staging Follow all company safety policies Communicate clearly with field crews, supervisors, and office staff Basic equipment upkeep & maintenance Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experienced driver with proven reliability Ability to lift and carry heavy loads Experience hauling and backing trailers Strong commitment to safety and hazard recognition Willingness to travel Knowledge of precast, welding, and rigging equipment components Preferred Qualifications DOT MEC a plus Forklift certification Experience in construction, industrial, or field‑service environments What We Offer Flexible schedule (3-5 days per week) Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within a multi‑state operation
