Express is adding experienced CDL-A drivers to our OTR Dry Van operation. This position is built for drivers who want to stay productive without having every load dictated to them. No forced dispatch. Work with dispatch, choose the freight that makes sense, and earn 30% of the gross revenue generated by the loads you haul.•??YOUR PAY IS 30

Here's the easiest way to understand percentage pay: $7,000 Load Gross × 30% = $2,100 $8,000 Load Gross × 30% = $2,400 $9,000 Load Gross × 30% = $2,700 $10,000 Load Gross × 30% = $3,000 Those numbers are simple examples showing how 30% is calculated — not guaranteed weekly earnings or guaranteed truck revenue. Actual earnings depend on the freight hauled, rates, mileage, routing, availability, hours of service, market conditions, and other operating factors.•??NO FORCED DISPATCH MEANS NO FORCED DISPATCH.
You have experience behind the wheel. We believe that should count for something.
