Junk Knights Junk Removal is hiring in Anne Arundel County, MD. We're not looking for someone who wants a temporary gig, we're looking for someone who wants to build a career with us. We haul junk and do light demolition (sheds, decks, hot tubs, cleanouts), and we promote from within based on how you perform, not how long you've been here.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, full-time, starts around 7:30am. What we expect from you

• You show up on time, every day, no excuses
• You're great with people — friendly, respectful, and someone customers trust in their home
• You can work as part of a two-person team to safely lift and move heavy, awkward items (think: a piano) without cutting corners on safety
• You take pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done
• You're reliable enough that we can count on you to represent the company well when we're not standing over your shoulder
• You're looking for a long-term career, not just a paycheck between jobs Pay & growth Pay starts in the high teens per hour and grows well into the $20s
• 30s/hr as you take on more responsibility, plus tips and performance bonuses.

We have a real internal ladder — crew member to crew leader to multi-crew leader — and we move people up based on merit. Preferred (not required) Experience in junk removal, moving, or similar physical/customer-facing labor is a plus, but attitude and reliability matter more to us than a resume.
