Overview We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused individual to fill a dual-role position as a Class C Truck Driver and Shop Laborer. This role supports daily material deliveries as well as general shop and yard operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Operate Class C vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT and company standards Transport materials, equipment, and fabricated items to and from job sites Load and unload materials as required Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain accurate delivery documentation Assist with general shop operations and material handling Load, unload, and organize steel, tools, and equipment Support fabricators and shop personnel as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform basic tasks such as grinding, cutting, drilling, and prep work (training provided) Qualifications Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and attention to safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Prior shop, construction, or industrial experience is a plus but not required
