BELLY DUMP TRUCK DRIVER
(CDL A) Why This Role Matters At Wm. D. Scepaniak, our Truck Drivers are essential to keeping projects on schedule and operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for safely hauling and delivering key materials like gravel, sand, and rock — the building blocks of roads, highways, and infrastructure. Your work directly impacts jobsite productivity and project timelines, making you a vital part of our success! What You'll Be Doing Haul aggregate materials using belly dumps and side dumps to support construction and paving projects. Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure DOT compliance to keep your rig running safely and efficiently. Adapt on the job by overcoming challenges with quick thinking and problem-solving skills. Travel across the Upper Midwest as part of our 100% portable operation — primarily in Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Follow strict safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public while transporting materials. What We're Looking For Must possess a Class A CDL with a good driving record, and a Federal Medical Card, ensuring safe and dependable travel to and from all locations. Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety-first practices. 2+ years of experience or 50,000+ miles of commercial truck driving. Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate and work with team members. Able to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and participate in random testing as required. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 5-6 days a week, with flexibility for travel.
