Route Service Technician Little Stinkers of MO | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Want a job where the day goes fast? Little Stinkers of MO is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hard-working Route Service Technician to join our team. This is an active, independent, outdoor position that's perfect for someone who likes staying busy, taking pride in their work, and finishing the day knowing they accomplished something. You'll be racing the clock—not watching it. What You'll Do As a Route Service Technician, you'll drive a company van along an assigned daily route and provide reliable service to our residential customers throughout the area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Removing and properly disposing of dog waste from customers' yards Removing and replacing used litter boxes from customers' front porches Following an assigned service route efficiently and accurately Driving and caring for a company-provided service van Preparing supplies and equipment for daily routes Maintaining inventory and keeping service materials organized Providing dependable, professional service our customers can count on Who We're Looking For We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience. We're looking for someone with the right work ethic. You'll be a great fit if you: Show up on time and can be counted on Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Are comfortable working independently for much of the day Take pride in doing a job correctly Enjoy staying active instead of sitting behind a desk Are comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Can follow established routes, procedures, and instructions Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a small team Are motivated by goals and performance Want the opportunity to grow with a growing company Previous experience in route service, delivery, landscaping, lawn care, sanitation, warehouse work, construction, or other physical/outdoor jobs is helpful—but not required. We will train the right person. Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds Ability to perform physical work outdoors throughout the workday Comfortable working around dogs, pet waste, and used litter boxes Dependable attendance and punctuality Why Little Stinkers?
