Job Description
Overview M.L. Crose Foundations is seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team! We are also looking for a Boom Truck Operator! The ideal candidate will have experience in operating concrete pumps and heavy machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the truck. Candidate is required to maintain a valid CDL and Medical Card. Experience would be great, but we are willing to train the right person. Duties Operate concrete pumping equipment to transport concrete from delivery trucks to designated areas on construction sites. Communicate with contractor and concrete trucks to ensure concrete is satisfactory and placed correctly. Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Perform routine maintenance on pumping equipment, including cleaning and lubricating parts as needed. Assist in the setup and breakdown of pumping systems, including hoses and fittings. Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and other operators regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery on-site. Skills Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically concrete pumping machinery. Knowledgeable in concrete forming techniques and practices. Experience with loader operation, dump truck driving, and other related heavy equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
