• Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record and be 21 years of age
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred

• Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment (skid steer, bobcat, trencher, backhoe and sweeper)
• Interact with contractor on company's behalf, ensure expectations being met.
• Lead team to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Adhere to all Company Safety Policies and promote/encourage healthy work environment.
• Act as liaison for company with Contractors to verify satisfaction with project.
• Maintain a clean work site and collect unused material daily.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving record for 3 years (MVR will be verified) (MUST HAVE)
• Able to bend , squat, walk and lift up to 50 LBS
• Ability to secure DOT Physical Card upon hire.
• Overtime as needed
• Knowledge of BMP is required but not necessary
