Job Summary:

Non-CDL Delivery Drivers are responsible for local delivery activities within a defined territory. The work schedule is 4, 10 hour days.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate company delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies Complete required vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues Drive assigned routes and deliver product in a safe, timely, and professional manner Load, transport, and unload product using proper equipment and handling techniques Deliver and unload product at customer locations, including navigating stairs, tight spaces, and varying environments Verify order accuracy, obtain signatures, and complete required delivery documentation Collect payments and secure invoices, cash, and checks as required Stock, rotate product, and assist with merchandising at customer locations Pick up and return empty kegs and damaged product as assigned Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and supervisors Adhere to all safety standards, alcohol delivery laws, and company policies Perform all duties in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner in accordance with productivity standards Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

Delivery driver experience preferred. Valid driver's license and no major driving violations. Must be able to navigate a hand truck full of product. Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices. Physical Demands & Work Environment Must be able to lift and move cases ranging from 20 - 30 lbs. regularly and 160 lbs. to waist level. Tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Work independently across multiple retail locations throughout the shift. Operate delivery vehicle safely in frequently varying weather conditions. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
