• Responsibilities
• Operate tow trucks to pick up and transport vehicles
• Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck
• Perform basic mechanical tasks as needed
• Drive safely and efficiently to reach destinations promptly
• Utilize conflict management skills when dealing with challenging situations
• Maintain tow trucks in good working condition and report any problems
• Requirements
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair and mechanics
• Ability to load and unload vehicles onto a tow truck
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a tow truck driver or similar role is preferred
• Willingness to work outside the truck when transports are slow
