Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL Class A or Class B Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong driving record, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to safely and efficiently deliver commercial tires, wheels, and other products to customers. This is a home-daily position with routes assigned based on the weekly schedule established by management. Key Responsibilities Drive company vehicles, including tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles, to complete scheduled deliveries. Safely deliver commercial tires, wheels, and other products to customers. Follow assigned daily routes and delivery schedules. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time. Assist with loading and unloading products from company vehicles. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and mechanically sound. Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle and equipment. Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and applicable driving laws. Maintain accurate ELD records, including hours of service, rest periods, mileage, fuel, tolls, repairs, and other required expenses. Review ELD records regularly and report any errors or discrepancies to the Branch Manager for correction. Immediately communicate traffic violations, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, delivery delays, or other issues to management and customers as appropriate. Review orders before and after delivery to verify quantities, changes, and accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe driving record. Demonstrate excellent driving ability in both manual and automatic vehicles. Perform daily vehicle performance checks and ensure required preventive maintenance (PM) procedures are followed. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high standards of customer service. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards. Additional Duties & Responsibilities Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Be willing to assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as business needs arise. Qualifications & Requirements Valid CDL Class A or Class B license required. Valid driver's license. Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years preferred/required. High school diploma or GED. Clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds . Ability to follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage delivery documentation. Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Work Authorization United States work authorization required.
