Job Summary Clementon Garden Center is seeking a skilled and experienced (2+ Years) Tri-Axle dump truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and driving various trucks for bulk landscape material deliveries. Must have a valid CDL Class A or B, a valid Medical Card, and the ability to drive a 8LL AND 18 Speed manual transmission. Duties- Safely drive Tri Axle Dump Trucks
- Operate manual transmission (8LL and 18 Speed) vehicles proficiently
- Perform inspections before and after trips to ensure the truck is in good working condition
- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven experience as a truck driver or relevant position
- Ability to drive a manual (8LL) transmission
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to fill out required daily paperwork
- Ability to drive different types of trucks
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and procedures
- Ability to fill out required daily paperwork
- Excellent driving record with no traffic violations (we will request driver abstract/MVR)
- Strong communication and customer service skills Bonus Qualifications (Not necessarily required but would be a major plus)
- Ability to operate Backhoes, wheel loaders, skid steers or excavators
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks (Oil changes, air lines, etc).
