Average $1,650 per week Home weekly $0.05 CPM quarterly mileage bonus Sign-On Bonus $ 2 ,500 Paid out $750 after 1st dispatch $750 after 30 days $1,000 after 60 days 80% Drop & Hook and 20% live load freight
