Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Residential CDL Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for operating a commercial vehicle on residential routes while providing excellent customer service and adhering to all safety regulations. Essential Responsibilities Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle. Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations. Transport municipal waste or recyclable materials from the transfer station to the disposal facility. Dispose of loads safely and properly. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with all customers encountered on route. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, and lift/carry as required. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs . Position requires working in and out of the truck. Employees are exposed to outdoor weather conditions daily, including heat, sun, rain, snow, and wind. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL . Current DOT physical . Ability to successfully complete a drug and alcohol screening . Ability to successfully pass a road test . Proven record of on-time performance and reliability. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience . We do offer a training program for

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
