Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Portable Toilet Route Driver and become a vital part of providing clean, reliable sanitation solutions for events, construction sites, and outdoor gatherings. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized trucks to deliver, service, and maintain portable toilets across designated routes. Your dedication ensures our customers receive top-notch service while maintaining safety and efficiency on the road. Duties Safely operate front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Drive assigned routes to deliver portable toilets and pick up used units, ensuring timely service schedules are met Load and unload portable units using manual handling techniques and mechanical equipment such as front-end loaders when necessary Conduct routine inspections of trucks for mechanical issues, air brake functionality, and adherence to safety protocols Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and service records while ensuring compliance with hazardous materials regulations when applicable Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during each interaction Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly Requirements Proven experience operating commercial trucks such as front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, or roll-off trucks with a valid driver's license suitable for heavy-duty vehicles Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, state transportation rules, and heavy lifting safety procedures Mechanical knowledge to perform basic truck inspections and troubleshoot common issues Demonstrated safe driving skills with defensive driving expertise and a clean driving record Ability to load & unload equipment manually or with mechanical aids while adhering to safety protocols Outdoor work experience preferred; comfort working in varying weather conditions is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Familiarity with hazardous materials regulations when handling certain sanitation products is a plus Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform manual tasks efficiently Join us in delivering essential sanitation services that keep communities healthy and thriving!
