Job Description

PODS is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will operate CDL vehicles to deliver, pick up, and reposition portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. You'll perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, secure loads, follow DOT regulations, and navigate local routes efficiently. As the face of PODS on-site, you'll provide friendly, solution-oriented customer service while working closely with dispatch and operations. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL vehicle to deliver, pick up, and reposition PODS containers for residential and commercial customers. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, following DOT and company safety standards. Secure containers and contents to prevent damage during transport and handling. Provide courteous, professional on-site customer service and resolve basic issues. Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions to meet service timelines. Maintain accurate electronic logs, delivery documentation, and condition reports. Report vehicle defects, incidents, and safety concerns promptly. Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to support daily logistics needs. Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
