Requirements:

CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card Minimum 2 years of experience of CDL Class A experience or 1.5 years of experience with certification from an accredited driving school Must have prior experience driving manual 10 speed transmission and be able to pass the road test Current Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
