Job Overview Join our team as a Roll-Off Driver (non CDL) and become a vital part of our logistics and waste management operations!

THIS POSITION IS

30-40hrs

PER WEEK

• In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport and dispose of various types of cargo, including recyclable materials, construction debris, and hazardous waste. Your expertise in truck driving combined with your commitment to safety will ensure efficient delivery and pickup services across designated routes. Duties Safely operate roll-off trucks equipped with hydraulic lift systems to load, unload, and transport freight, debris, or hazardous materials in compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards (NO

CDL REQUIRED

) Manage route driving efficiently using GPS navigation tools to ensure timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to scheduled routes Load and unload cargo manually or with equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks, ensuring proper handling of freight, including dangerous goods and hazardous materials in accordance with hazardous materials regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before operating the vehicle Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery records in compliance with FMCSA regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and route adjustments as needed Follow all safety protocols related to manual handling, cargo securing, and vehicle operation to prevent accidents or injuries Experience Clean driving record required. (NON CDL) Proven experience in truck driving/delivery, specifically with roll-off dumpster and hook lift preferred. (NO CDL required) Familiarity with truck driving regulations set by FMCSA and DOT standards for safe transportation of freight and hazardous materials Hands-on experience with load & unload procedures involving freight handling equipment like dump trucks. Knowledge of route planning using GPS navigation systems for efficient logistics cargo handling Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially involving route driving for waste management or freight transportation Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures related to hazardous materials regulations and dangerous goods transportation Join us in delivering excellence through safe driving practices!
